What are the member types?

There are three main member/user types that you can assign in your yearbook account. Each comes with different levels of access:

ADMIN 👩💼
Best for the Primary Contact or yearbook adviser.
Has full access: design, manage people, invoices, account details, and approvals.
EDITOR ✏️
Best for students or helpers who will design pages.
Has access to the Designer and the Collaborate tab.
USER 📸
Best for people helping with limited tasks.
Can manage and upload photos but does not have full editing or approval rights.
Customizing Permissions
You can fine-tune what each member type can (or cannot) do.
Go to Manage > Manage Permissions to adjust settings.

💡 Tip: Start by giving broader access (like Editor) and then narrow it down with Manage Permissions as needed.
